Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes
Our alma mater's feast day, celebrated by LESANs in every branch.
LESA USA is the United States chapter of the Lourdes Ex-Students Association — alumnae of Our Lady of Lourdes College, Mankon, Bamenda — carrying the Lourdes spirit across nine branches in Unity, Love and Service.
Our Lady of Lourdes College, Mankon, opens its doors to its first 35 girls.
The first LESA meeting is held on the Lourdes campus in Bamenda.
LESA USA is founded in Maryland as the chapter for LESANs in America.
Branches across the United States, from New England to Texas.

Created in 1992 in Maryland, LESA USA brings together ex-students of Our Lady of Lourdes College who voluntarily enroll in the Association and live in the United States. With sister chapters in the UK, Canada, Germany and beyond, we carry forward the vision born in Bamenda in 1971.
Our purpose is to enrich the alumni experience and foster lifelong relationships among alumnae and with our alma mater — through stewardship, mentoring, volunteering, networking and advocacy.
